A thermal expansion valve (TEV) is a common component in refrigeration and air conditioning systems that controls the amount of refrigerant flow into the evaporator, thereby controlling overheating at the outlet.
Sometimes referred to generically as metering devices, the refrigeration valve has a replaceable valve core and full-port design which helps the valve perform smoothly and effectively. Our expansion valve has the following features:
1) A full-port design eliminates the pressure dropping and rising rapidly and mitigates the impact of solid particles in the current on the valves;
2) Equipped with a valve plate with a split structure;
3) On and off switches require low operating torques and cause only slight wear;
4) Parts between the valve plate and the valve seat are sealed by flexible or metal sealing;
5) Seal fats are added to the valve at a regular basis to ensure the valve is thoroughly sealed.
